Custom Chamber Cleaning Systems

This custom chamber cleaning unit is shaped like a pizza oven. It is used to clean aerospace honeycomb that are up to 8’ wide x 4’ long x 5” high. The size makes the system operate quickly (the smaller the chamber the quicker the chamber evacuates) and it is easier to arrange equal solvent spray to assure complete coverage with minimum volumes. Spray is applied from both the bottom and the top of the unit.

Because our units are custom, it is easier to adapt the required cleaning process whether it be vapor degrease, spray, soak with or without ultrasonics, skimming, jetting, rotation or vacuum drying. One size does not fit all.
